• Online Courses and Health Programmes: Fixed-price courses covering fitness, health and nutrition.
• Membership Subscriptions (VIP Memberships): Ongoing access to exclusive content, free courses and participation in special group training events.
• One-on-One Personal Training: In-person sessions (please note, gym charges may apply where relevant) and online personal training.
• Group Events: Including training sessions, hiking, bike rides, camping and other enjoyable outings.
• Zoom Consultations: Virtual fitness and wellness coaching.
• Meal Plans and Simple Nutrition Advice: General nutritional guidance designed to complement your fitness routine.
• Teen Coaching: Special coaching services for teenagers (parental consent is required).
3. Payment Details
• Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe and can be made using debit/credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay (all fully 3D secured).
• Subscription Payments: VIP memberships are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly or annually, as selected during sign-up).
• Event Payments: Some group events require payment. Full details (price, payment deadlines, etc.) will be provided at registration.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Online Courses: Fully refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• One-on-One Personal Training: Non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Group Events: Non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event begins.
•Monthly Subscriptions:
•Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no group events have been attended.
•To cancel your subscription and avoid further charges, please notify us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

• Outdoor Events: Participation in outdoor or group events (hiking, bike rides, camping, etc.) involves additional risks such as adverse weather conditions or uneven terrain. By joining, you agree to assume these risks.
